DATA PROTECTION &
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Hard Drive (HDD) and computer storage systems are electronic devices, and Vedic Wedding Films shall not be responsible for any loss, corruption or damage to data due to technical failure, hardware issues, software errors, storage failure or any other unforeseen technical reason.
Clients are requested to collect their complete wedding data and final output within a maximum period of 2 months from the wedding date. Any delay in collecting the data or output beyond this period will be at the client’s own responsibility, and Vedic Wedding Films will not be responsible for any loss, damage or unavailability of data thereafter.
After the wedding, clients are strongly advised to provide their own HDD/Hard Drive for storing and backing up their complete wedding data and final deliverables. We recommend maintaining an independent backup to ensure the long-term safety of your wedding memories.
CLIENT COORDINATION & TIME ALLOCATION:
To ensure output, it is essential that the client provides sufficient time and access to the photography/videography team.
Delays or last-minute changes may affect the coverage.
Proper communication of the timeline and rituals is requested in advance
